What are the steps?

File paperwork to found your company

Working with a lawyer, you'll complete a submit paperwork to the courts to register your company. This will take a few days.

Receive company documents and EU VAT number

Once registered you'll receive all the documentation pertaining to your new business along with an EU VAT number.

Open a bank account

You must open a Hungarian bank account for your new business. We can recommend options and visit the branch with you.

Setup accounting and payroll

Working with an accountant, you'll get setup to invoice your clients, keep booking records and setup a payroll system if needed.
